Activation Fee
Promotion: All Single Family Listings that REALTORS tag are FREE for a limited time
Realtor pays a onetime fee of $39.00 for each Single Family Home tagged for the life of its present 'Active' status and originally assigned 'Listing Number'. We are presently working on the situation where a property is 'Canceled' and then Re-Activated under a different 'Listing Number' by the same agent within a reasonable time period for no charge.
Development activation fee is $300.00 per year for each Development site. The Realtor selects one 'Active' listing that best represents the Development and retains the originally assigned 'Listing Number' for the year. It will also be automatically tagged within the "Single Family Search". (Annual activation fee required)
Refunds
You agree to pay all fees incurred when tagging additional listing at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Fees are not refundable. RealEstateOpens.com may discontinue the service or its availability to you if misused in any way. Fair Housing rules and regulations apply to the highest standards!
